Terms & Conditions

1. Full refunds are available for requests made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date.

2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.

3. No refunds are issued for non-attendance; however, no-show participants will receive the digital toolkit.

4. In the event the facilitator cancels the session, a full refund will be issued to all participants.

5. Participants are responsible for working within the limits of their own professional competence at all times.

6. Specific organisational policies and safeguarding protocols must always take precedence over the general guidance provided in this workshop.

7. The facilitator, Melisa Eyuboglu, accepts no liability for clinical decisions made by participants in their respective places of work .

8. Major clinical decisions must never be made in isolation; always consult your formal workplace supervisor.

9. All workshop materials are the intellectual property of Melisa Eyuboglu and are for personal professional development only; they must not be redistributed without consent.

10. This session will be recorded to provide all participants with a 7-day replay. By attending the live workshop, you consent to being recorded, which may include your voice, video, or chat contributions during interactive segments.
